Tone Iselin is visiting from the Holmestrand Sauna Association, where she has served as a sauna master for well over two years. Nature plays a central role in her life and serves as inspiration in the sauna; we, too, are part of nature.
The theme for Friday’s *aufguss* is "The Elements": fire, water, air, and earth—nature’s building blocks within us and in everything around us.
Join us for a warm session featuring elements of nature from both the south and the north.
*Aufguss* is a guided sauna experience led by a sauna master. It may incorporate music, steam, herbs, whisks, and the guided movement of air using towels or fans. This session will focus heavily on the use of incense and herbs.
