YOGA WORKSHOP, SAUNA & COLD BATH
Take a moment to pause
Give yourself a Saturday morning filled with recovery, calm and a deeper connection with your body. We invite you to an intimate workshop that combines soothing yin yoga, mindful movement, relaxation with sound, and the deeply restorative warmth of the sauna. This is a space where you can slow down, release tension and find your way back to yourself. No previous experience is needed — the workshop suits both those who already practise yoga and those who are completely new and simply want to do something good for themselves.
What can you expect?
45 min Yin Yoga & deep relaxation
A calm and meditative practice focused on connective tissue, fascia and the gradual release of tension stored in the body. Time to pause, breathe and give your body a deep reset.
30 min Stretching – mindful movement
A carefully planned movement session focused on lengthening tight muscles, activating weak muscle groups and improving the body’s natural movement patterns. Through simple but effective static and dynamic exercises, we will improve mobility and reduce stiffness in the body.
15 min Sound relaxation
We finish with a calm soundscape and vibrations that help the nervous system settle and allow the body to integrate the whole experience.
1 hour Sauna & cold bath
Time for deep recovery in unique surroundings at Horisonti Sauna. Warmth, stillness and a view towards the horizon, combined with a refreshing cold bath, stimulate blood circulation, strengthen the immune system and support the body’s natural recovery.
A small group creates a calm atmosphere, comfort and the chance for more personal guidance. The workshop will be held in English.
Places are very limited — first come, first served.
Bring comfortable clothes, a swimsuit, your yoga mat and an openness to deep relaxation.
We look forward to meeting you both on the yoga mat and in the warmth of the sauna.
BIO Renia Yoga
Renia’s journey into the world of yoga began long before she first stepped onto a yoga mat. Her fascination with Eastern philosophy and movement led her to pursue a master’s degree specializing in Indian philosophy.
She discovered Ashtanga yoga after years of practicing both Iyengar yoga and martial arts, thereby laying a solid foundation characterized by discipline, body awareness, and curiosity about the connection between movement and the mind. Over the years, Renia has had the opportunity to learn from internationally renowned teachers such as Sharath Jois, Anthony Prem Carlisi, Isa Wong, Eddie Stern, Santina Chard, Iain Grysak, and Bobbi Misiti. Their teachings have profoundly shaped her understanding of yoga, allowing her to experience the depth of the practice while appreciating the unique legacy of K. Pattabhi Jois. Today,
Renia focuses primarily on movement as a tool for building strength, resilience, and long-term physical health. Her philosophy is rooted in the conviction that exercise should foster a strong body, functional mobility, freedom from chronic pain, and sustainable well-being throughout one’s life. Alongside her own practice, she now devotes significant time to strength training, hand-balancing, and daily gym workouts. She constantly explores how intelligent movement can help people feel stronger and live better lives. What she shares is not a rigid method, but an approach based on experience, curiosity, and continuous learning.
For Renia, movement signifies freedom, power, and personal growth. Now, she invites others to experience this journey for themselves.
