Experience sauna in Varanger 11–14 June 2026!

During the festival, we will open up a unique sauna landscape by the Varangerfjord – with mobile saunas, barrel saunas, surfing, ice bathing, Den Gode Samtale, local food experiences and much more!
Varanger sauna festival is a low-threshold celebration of heat – in body, mind and community. Here people meet across languages, ages and national borders to share peace, sweat and conversations with a view of the fjord.

✨Sauna safety rules✨ so that everyone has a safe and good experience:
🛟All bathing and sauna use is at your own risk
🤗Always sit on a towel in the sauna
💧Only use fresh water on the stove. Ask before pouring water or using oils
❤️Do you feel uncomfortable or dizzy? Leave the sauna immediately
🚰Drink water and take good breaks
❌Alcohol and smoking are prohibited in the saunas
🗒️Some saunas may have their own rules - be considerate and follow the instructions
