1. COMPANY

www.horisontti.no is provided by Horisontti sauna AS. Horisontti sauna AS is a limited company registered in the Brønnøysund Register Centre with organization number 930545481. Information and images on the website are owned by the company and may not be copied without permission.

2. PRICES

Horisontti sauna AS is subject to VAT. The prices displayed are total prices including VAT.

3. PAYMENT

Payment is made using the chosen payment method at checkout. The payment solution is provided by Stripe and Vipps.

3.1 PAYMENT BY CARD

Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro are accepted payment methods. Credit cards are charged when the purchase is completed.

3.2 VIPPS

Payment with Vipps is done using your mobile number and verification through mobile banking ID.

3.3 INVOICE AND INSTALMENTS

Instalment payments are not possible. If you wish to pay by invoice, please contact us at post.horisontti@gmail.com.

4. MEMBERSHIP

When purchasing, you must provide your full name, date of birth, email and mobile phone number. Membership is personal, and the member discount can only be used on tickets for members. Annual membership is paid for a calendar year until 31.12. Annual membership automatically terminates after one year. Monthly membership: Monthly membership is purchased for one month at a time, and is automatically renewed after one month, based on the date of purchase. Membership can be canceled. The cancellation is effective from the next renewal. The price of membership can be changed with 30 days’ notice.

5. RULES FOR CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

5.1 PRIVATE BOOKINGS

Bookings can be cancelled or changed no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session. If you cancel your reservation, you will receive a 100% refund in the form of a gift card. Please note: Our gift cards are valid for one year.

5.2 SINGLE TICKETS

Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Single tickets for shared sauna sessions/rituals are not refunded to a bank account, but you will receive a 100% refund in the form of a gift card if the cancellation is made within the above deadline. Please note: Our gift cards are valid for one year.

5.3 CANCELLATION AND WEATHER CONDITIONS

In the event of extreme weather and other force majeure situations such as natural disasters, strikes, and lockouts, the customer will not receive a refund for services that cannot be carried out.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal for services does not apply to standalone services that take place at a specific time or within a specific period, cf. the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act § 19. Thus, a booking with Horisontti sauna AS follows the same principle as purchasing tickets for concerts, theatre performances, sporting events, or similar activities.

6.1 GIFT CARDS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When purchasing a gift card on the website, the customer always has a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act. We will refund the relevant amount using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase and cannot be extended. The booking and sauna visit must also take place within the card’s validity period. Only one gift card can be used per booking, and multiple gift cards cannot be used at the same time. Gift cards can only be used for single tickets and private sauna sessions.

6.2 MEMBERSHIP AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel your membership agreement within 14 days of the purchase date, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act. When exercising this right, you will receive a refund for the monthly pass/annual pass/membership fee, minus the cost of any sauna sessions used during the withdrawal period.

7. MEMBERSHIP AND ANNUAL CARD – MEMBERSHIP

7.1 PAYMENT, CANCELLATION PERIOD AND RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

When purchasing, you must provide your full name, date of birth, email and mobile phone number. The Monthly Card and Annual Card – membership is valid from the date you purchase it. Annual Card membership is paid per calendar year (i.e. lasts until 31.12) and can be ordered by sending an email to heia@horisontti.no The Annual Card expires automatically one year after purchase and cannot be canceled during the period. Annual Card – membership can also be ordered as a gift.

Monthly membership – the subscription is charged on the same date as the purchase date each month, and the debit date cannot be changed. You are responsible for ensuring that the automatic debit can be carried out on the due date for the monthly card. If the payment is not made, the monthly card will be blocked and future bookings cancelled until the payment is registered. Outstanding amounts must be paid before a new monthly card can be subscribed or individual tickets purchased. The monthly card has a rolling cancellation period. The cancellation applies from the next debit date. Cancellation must be made by email to heia@horisontti.no

You have the right to terminate the agreement for a monthly card/annual card/membership within 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Right of Cancellation Act. When exercising the right of cancellation, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for the monthly card/annual card/membership, but less the price for any sauna sessions during the cancellation period.

8. PRIVACY, SECURITY, AND PERSONAL DATA

As a member of Horisontti sauna AS and/or a user of this website, you grant the association access to information about yourself. Horisontti sauna AS is responsible for handling the personal data collected when you become a member and when you use our services. We process your personal data in accordance with the applicable privacy regulations at all times. When you shop on www.horisontti.no or register as a member, we ask for the following information: name, email address, phone number, postal code. The personal data is used to communicate with you regarding matters related to your membership and for statistical purposes. Horisontti sauna AS does not share your personal data with third parties.

9. RULES FOR SAUNA AND SWIMMING

All bathing and use of the sauna is at your own risk.
Bring two towels, one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry yourself with.
Only use fresh water on the heater. Please ask before pouring water and using oils.
If you feel uncomfortable or dizzy – leave the sauna immediately. Remember to drink water, and take good breaks from the sauna.
Alcohol and smoking are prohibited in the sauna. When booking privately, you can enjoy your own food and drinks.
Swimming is only allowed when using the bathing ladder on the pier. Jumping or diving is not allowed.
It is not allowed to use soap you bring when showering or washing your hands. Use bio soap that we provide due to environmental concerns.
Leave the sauna as you would find it. Take trash and empty items with you and close the door.
Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by adults in the sauna and in the outdoor area.
